We built CloseCheck™ with real estate professionals in mind. Here's what agents, broker/owners, and attorneys ask us most.

CloseCheck™ is a deed coordination service that helps your buyers understand the implications of how their names appear on a deed. Your licensed closing attorney handles the conversation so you can offer your clients something most agents never think to provide.

It fits naturally into your very first meeting with a buyer. The earlier it happens, the better protected they are. And now there is a structured, professional way to make it happen.

When you start working with a buyer, you introduce CloseCheck™. We make it easy with resources you can share directly. Your buyer gets their CloseCheck Snapshot, a free short profile that helps them understand where they stand.

If they choose to move forward, they complete their CloseCheck. CloseCheck compiles their information and coordinates directly with the closing attorney of their choice. A $149 CloseCheck Ownership Review fee is added to the closing statement at closing. The attorney's office reaches out to schedule directly with your buyer.

You stay in the loop, your client gets protected. Families remember the agent who looked out for them. The fee only applies when the transaction closes.

No. Joining as a Guardian Agent during our pilot is completely free. We are building this program alongside the agents who see the need for it most and we want your voice in shaping how it grows.

Most agents close a transaction and move on. Guardian Agents close it right. By introducing CloseCheck™, you are telling your buyer with action, not just words, that you care about what happens to them after the keys are handed over.

Families remember that. They refer their children, their siblings, their coworkers. That is the kind of loyalty that builds a career.

Joining takes just a few minutes. Once you complete the pilot sign up, you will have everything you need to introduce CloseCheck™ to your next buyer. No lengthy onboarding, no certification required. Just a commitment to doing right by your clients.

No special training needed. CloseCheck™ is designed so you do not have to become a deed expert. That is what the attorneys are for. Your role is simply to introduce the service to your buyer at the right moment. We give you the language and tools to do that naturally and professionally.

It starts with a CloseCheck Snapshot, a free short profile your buyer completes when you first start working together.

If they choose to move forward, they complete their CloseCheck. CloseCheck compiles their information and coordinates directly with the closing attorney of their choice. A $149 CloseCheck Ownership Review fee is added to the closing statement at closing. Buyers who want to use closing costs to cover it can do exactly that. No preferred attorney? We can connect them with a licensed attorney in our network. The attorney's office will reach out to schedule from there.

The CloseCheck Snapshot is a great fit for your very first meeting with a buyer. The earlier it happens, the better protected they are. The fee only applies when the transaction closes.

The Guardian Broker program allows your brokerage to offer CloseCheck™ as a value added service across your entire team. When your agents introduce the service to buyers, your brokerage becomes part of something that genuinely protects families and builds the kind of reputation that earns long term loyalty.

During our pilot program, there is no cost to the brokerage. We are partnering with a select group of broker/owners who want to be part of building something meaningful. Your participation helps shape how CloseCheck™ grows and positions your brokerage ahead of the conversation.

Once your brokerage joins the pilot, we provide you with everything you need to introduce CloseCheck™ at a team meeting, in your onboarding materials, or through your internal communications. Agents opt in individually. There is no pressure, no quota, and no extra paperwork on your end.

When an agent introduces CloseCheck™ to a buyer, the buyer completes their CloseCheck Snapshot free of charge. If they choose to proceed, CloseCheck coordinates with the closing attorney of the buyer's choice, or refers one from our network if they do not have a preference. Your agents never steer. The buyer leads.

CloseCheck™ is a coordination and referral service that connects buyers with licensed attorneys. Your agents are not providing legal advice. They are facilitating access to it. That is a distinction that actually reduces risk, not adds to it.

Brokerages that adopt CloseCheck™ are making a statement: we don't just close deals, we close them right. That's a differentiator in recruitment conversations, in client testimonials, and in your community reputation. Buyers talk. When an agent helped protect their family, that story gets told.

Pilot broker/owners will have the first opportunity to continue with CloseCheck™ as we expand. Your feedback during the pilot directly shapes what we build next, including any brokerage level tools or reporting that would make the program more valuable for your team.

CloseCheck™ is a deed coordination service that connects home buyers with licensed closing attorneys like you. Buyers complete a free CloseCheck Snapshot, and if they choose to proceed, they complete their CloseCheck. CloseCheck compiles their information and routes it to your office for scheduling. A $149 CloseCheck Ownership Review fee will accompany the brief we send you. We ask that you add it to the buyer's closing statement.

These are not cold inquiries. These buyers are coming to you with a specific question and a readiness to engage.

The buyer arrives at their appointment having already completed their CloseCheck Snapshot and their CloseCheck, so you have context on their situation: relationship status, household composition, and any relevant circumstances. CloseCheck compiles and delivers that information to you directly.

Your office reaches out to schedule with the buyer. The conversation from there is yours, reviewing how their names appear on the deed, explaining the implications, and discussing their options. Scope, duration, and fee structure are set by you. CloseCheck handles the coordination; you handle the counsel.

Once a buyer completes their CloseCheck Snapshot and chooses to move forward, CloseCheck compiles their information and routes it to you for scheduling. The buyer selects you directly, or is referred to you through our network if they do not have a preference. Either way, your office reaches out to schedule. You receive an organized profile, not a cold call.

There is no fee to join during the pilot program. We are establishing our network of Guardian Attorneys in each market carefully, quality over volume. If you are the kind of attorney who believes buyers deserve real guidance before they sign, we would like to talk.

We are currently in pilot phase, building our initial network of Guardian Agents and Guardian Attorneys. If you are interested in being part of the founding group in your market, we would love to connect now, before the territory fills.

CloseCheck™ is a coordination service, not a referral fee arrangement. We are not attorneys and we do not provide legal advice. We handle buyer intake, information compilation, and scheduling coordination, then connect the buyer with you as the licensed professional for the legal conversation. Our CloseCheck Ownership Review fee is paid by the buyer and appears on the closing statement. Your fees are set and collected by you.

CloseCheck™ is a deed coordination service operated by Home Portfolio Co. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. All attorney consultations are conducted by independently licensed attorneys.
The CloseCheck Snapshot is free. If the buyer chooses to proceed, a $149 coordination fee applies. As part of our process, we provide the buyer’s information to the selected attorney and request that the fee be included on the buyer’s closing statement. The fee is only due if the transaction successfully closes.
